The Guild Maze - Operation Maze Runner
"This thread reveals everything about the guild maze"
Areas:
Floors 1~300: Normal Maze Area
Start and finish on the green points, low difficulty and lower quality drops.
Floors 301~600: Staircases Maze Area
There's a chance to start on a random map spot (i.e. on the same room with bosses), some maps have traps that lower your HP, they can be destroyed by tapping (breaking) them.
Floors 601~900: Crystal Altantis Area
Large number of chests containing gems, more HP traps plus traps that activate hordes of mobs. There are no walls so you can see the chests and the exit from afar. (Click on Spoiler to see the pictures)

Floors 901~1000: Sky Castle Area
Hardcore difficulty, large amount of mobs, various bosses may attack you at the same time even if you didn't get close. Hard to find chests, traps on every floor, boss in the end. Once floor 1000 is finished you can start from any desired floor and on to keep dropping good stuff. (Click on Spoiler to see the pictures)

Maze Facts: (all the details you need to know about how the Maze works)
1. Maze resets monthly. The difficulty decreases throughout the days. This means that the first day/week of the month will be extremely hard in comparison to the last days of the month.
2. Xtals can be dropped from bosses/mini-bosses inside the maze, the drop rate is the same as in normal boss fights.
3. Chests vary depending on the day. For example, only 4 Topazes were obtained during a whole 1000 floors journey, but this doesn't mean that they are rare, it just means that less chests were opened on the day that Topaz is droppable.
4. Best day of the week to drop Ores is Saturday.
5. Most common drops from floor 1-300 are Colored Shard, Light Shard, Magic Hammer and High-Purity Iron, although there is a smaller chance to get ANY other item too, like High-Purity Orichalcum.
6. The higher the floor, the better the items you get from the chests and Appearance Gems drop more frequently. Past floor #700 gems were looted 80% of the time when opening a chest.
7. You can get Battle Gems, such as Maze Gem and Super Rare Gem, which increase boss battles difficulty in exchange of higher drop rate.
8. If a party member dies in the maze, he/she will become a ghost and won't be able to revive, fight or open chests but will still be getting the drops of the mobs killed and chests opened by other party members AND can support the entire party tapping (breaking) or standing in HP traps.
9. Dying in maze lets you see the way to the exit on the mini-map, a dead party member can lead the way to the next floor faster and easier than a living party member.
10. There are different kinds of traps, stepping on them will usually lower your HP and some of them aggro all the nearby monsters, it is worse the higher the floor.
11. After every 100 floors, there will be a "Gate of Treasury" which leads to a room with 4 chests, only available if the set of 100 floors were run by the same party leader.
12. Maze difficulty is adjusted to the Average Party Level, the lower the overall party level, the easier. A full level 1 party can run through maze faster UNLESS maze difficulty hasn't yet decreased. This method won't work in the beginning of the month due to the hardcore difficulty.
13. To reenter Maze there's a Magic Energy gauge which needs to be filled with 100 Energy Points or more. 1 Energy Point = 100 Mana pts. It also refills automatically every 3 minutes for 1% and can be refilled instantly to 100% by using a Mana Potion.
14. Magic Energy is independent for every guild member, so if your leader runs out of mana points, choose another party leader. However, if your leader could start from floor F951+ and you choose another leader, the new one will have to start from F901.
15. After the Maze has been completed, anyone in the guild can access F901 - F1000 as many times they want for the rest of the month to take advantage of the higher quality drops.
